Consultation & Professional Assessment

Mold Design & Fabrication
After confirming requirements, we conduct mold design and mold flow analysis based on product characteristics to ensure flowability and appearance quality.
Mold fabrication is completed by experienced technicians using precision equipment, ensuring dimensional accuracy and stable mold lifespan.
Mold Trial & Sample Approval
After mold completion, T0 trial is conducted to inspect molding flow, dimensional accuracy, and appearance quality.
Based on test results, mold modifications and parameter adjustments are made. Mass production begins only after sample approval.
Injection Molding Mass Production
Mass production is carried out by automated injection molding machines with stable process control to ensure consistent quality.
Various engineering plastics (ABS, PP, PC, PA...) are available based on product requirements, with multi-color and multi-material injection molding options.
Post-Processing & Assembly
After molding, various one-stop post-processing services are available based on customer requirements, including:
- Surface Treatment: Painting, plating, and other finishing processes
- Precision Assembly: Component assembly, functional testing, packaging and labeling
Quality Inspection & Shipping Management
Every batch undergoes complete IQC, IPQC, and FQC quality inspections to verify dimensions and appearance.
Pre-shipment packaging and labeling are done according to customer requirements, ensuring delivery schedule and quality consistency.
